Discworld and Musiverse: Is there a connection?

Browsing a map of author Terry Pratchett’s most famous fictional universe, administrator POSOC discovered this.

Look closely at the captions and you may discover a reference to a famous member of the blogular fauna. Did they arrive through L-space, via meteorite, or simply sneak through the nooks and crannies of our imagination from one fiction to another? Only time will tell.
