Alright, so a whopping total of 2 people have responded to the other post, so here’s what I’m fixing-
1. Personal links- Taking ‘em off.
2. Those pages up at the top- “Rules” page scrapped, “Profiles” and “Membership” pages merged.
3. Maintenance of the email- Solved by our new admin, skybluebunny/bookgirl_me. Our new email is lavidakoko@gmail.com, which should be helpful!
4. Membership/Administrator statuses- If you’ve been active (commented at least once) within the last month or two, you can keep your Admin status. If you haven’t, I’m zapping you to “Contributer.” Sorry. If you’re unhappy with this, just comment and you’ll probably be reincarnated. Probably.

Good job! One detail: Now there’s a slightly awkward space up on the right side where more tabs used to be.
I’ll try to make the existing ones a bit wider…Okay, that didn’t work. Any ideas? You are completely right about that. Actually, after you mentioned that, I realized that I hadn’t erased the “profiles” tab. I promptly did so, which creates an even larger space. Hm.
Later
Okay, hm. I stuck some periods in them, is that all right, or too distracting? There’s also the possible conflict that the “home” tab can’t really be edited to match, but does anyone mind?
I don’t think that it’s a problem. Looking good!
I don’t particularly like the periods, but if everyone else does, I’m fine with that
Hey guys, just droppin’ in.
Remind me why the e-mail is changing? It’s easier to remember thekokonspiracy@gmail.com because it has the name in it…
I’ll clean it out, for now I guess. These aren’t really huge problems. Anywho, I’ll be dropping in from time to time.
Welcome back! *pies*
The problem was that no-one present at the time knew the PW for the kokonspiracy email, which cut off the communication. Assuming people really send in profiles and when someone wants to become an admin, it helps to be able to email the site (like now, when Piggy joined). If you can manage the email somehow, feel free to put it back up.
Well, I have the password, so I can prolly manage it.
Another thing, we had a problem we had to deal with a while back, too many people were Admins. That’s why we held ‘elections’ to figure out who is doing what. Though, now most of the elected MBers aren’t active.
I think we aren’t enough for elections… there’s you, me, Piggy, Raynpho and Marfwarrior now. ZVX hasn’t been here for a while, but I bet he’ll come back eventually.
Well, I just became an admin, and will be so indefinitely, as I run another site as well and moderating here is about two clicks away.
Woah, hey, Piggy is an admin. While I don’t have too much of an issue with this, since I know Piggy’s a good moderator-type person, I think we should keep this kind of instantaneous admin-appointing to a bare minimum. Doing that is what created the issue of too many admins in the first place. The way I see it, I think you should become a lower member first. Then, with some helpful comments and contributions under your belt, you’d probably be promoted a couple levels. Just, from now on.
Oh, basically, the only reason ZVX wasn’t demoted was because he’s the creator of the site and therefore, the ultimate power. Just in case you didn’t know, or were wondering, or… something.
The elections were a bit of an epic failure. Most of the people elected to offices, most notably ZVX, seemed to vanish directly after the results came out. Odd.
And really, I think just a couple all-around mods are much more efficient, anyway.
Edit
Oh, and just wondering- who referred us to Half-Blood hill RPG?
Well, I’m glad you feel I’m a “good moderator-type person”. Frankly, KB seems easier than PTR, so I don’t see what the big deal is, but then again, I haven’t been around too long yet.
Easier in what way?
Well, there’s less traffic and more admins, and the posts themselves are generally shorter. Sure, I set PTR to automatically moderate posts, but I still read each one of them. KB’s just… I don’t know. Easier.
Well, I don’t think that’s as much of a blog-specific thing as it is a time-specific thing. If you’ll look at some past threads, there were lots of people, posts, traffic… and then it sort of died down. And in terms of post length, it’s probably because there are a couple hot debate spots over at the PTR, where people need to vent and thoroughly explain their opinion. There hasn’t really been much of anything worth arguing over, here at KB, for a while.
Whatever the causes may be, the fact is that, generally speaking, PTR is much more active than KB. For instance, I’m up to seventy views today, which is about average, while KB is, unfortunately, rather lower than that. I’m sorry if I’m seeming arrogant or boasting–I don’t mean to be. I’m just voicing my observations. If you don’t want me to be an admin, just say so.
Nah, you’re fine as an admin. I was just saying that, yes, as of now, PTR is wildly more active, but in KB’s first month or so, (I’m just referencing this by the stat records), it got ~82-ish views a day? And then it just dropped, after that whole huge conflict between FMB and KB kind of died off. Right now, it’s definitely much less, but there are random bursts of viewers sometimes, which I find rather odd. But you’re definitely right in saying PTR gets more traffic nowadays. I was just sayin’.
Wow, another post where I rant on for far too long, and say practically nothing. How do I do it?
“Step right up, step right up, ladies, gentlemen, and kids of all ages. Come and see the amazing, world-famous “Relentless Run-on Raynpho”! Be astonished as he talks for hours but says nothing at all! Scream with delight as he rambles at an almost inhuman rate! And be taken aghast as he quotes unnecessary statistics and theories about things able to be explained much more simply! Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime chance to see the human outboard motor in action!” Sorry. I just channeled the spirit of a dead Carny there.
Hahaha! I love it.
Well, actually- I probably wouldn’t love it so much if I were actually in that situation. That would be highly awkward, would it not?
By the way- She.
It’s alright, lots of people seem to make this mistake… is Raynpho really such a masculine-sounding name?
Probably goin’ to bed after this, it’s midnight, so don’t be dejected if I don’t respond
Egad! *pummels self with countless pies* My humblest apologies, Raynpho. I’m not sure why the name seems masculine. Perhaps it’s the countless years of Spanish training with which I’ve been instilled, i.e., if it ends with an O, it’s masculine, with an A, it’s feminine. I, of all people, should be more cautious around MBers’ genders, as I am usually taken to be a girl. *rolls eyes* Isn’t the internet fun? Wait, you mean you don’t have aspirations to be a carnival sideshow? Er, is that… abnormal or something? N-not that I do or anything. I-I just… er… *runs away*
Well, ZVX, Kokonilly and I actually created this blog, and the first one too (though of course ZVX contributed the most.)
I was an admin, but I’m not as much as I used to, and we’ve got a bunch of ecstatic newbies to make this thing awesomer.
Well, see y’all in a litt
We´re referred to what?
Which is why I never bother to think about what MBers look like/gender, and general call people “en” unless I’m sure. I’d come and see the show.
I could have my own show- watch me post, then remember that I’m not logged in, then log in to modify my own posts. I love the edit function- my brain was eaten by german homework quite recently, which means that- what was I going to say again? I forgot (again). Never mind.
Oh yeah, and also, who made a youtube channel for us? It’s sorta, well, pointless, unless your planning to make ad videos or summin’.
It was Zinc, I think. I don’t have any videos, due to my recent disagreement with iMovie. I really should spend less time arguing with computer programs.
Hey, I’m back (for once). So, what’s up? Please fill me in.
A lot of people showed up, Piggy and I are now admins, all the changes listed on top of the thread were made and we have started to conquer YouTube (okay, we got accounts so we could say we did something). And we were trying to figure out what to talk about.
Cool cool.
Hola Piggy and bookgirl_me! I’ve probably been here the longest and the most active (well, the highest age/activity ratio… of that made any sense) because ZVX vanished a while ago.
