I think it also seemed so short (at least for me) since school started on the 7th this year, as opposed to the first last year (first monday in september). And it’s warm. Too warm for october. Global warming- I’m in an T-shirt; october usually calls for the first turtlenecks…

And I’m afraid that this is the only computer than can open up the Lounge, so there’s no way for anyone else to help. Thanks for offering, though. And I doubt that “when everyone leaves” is a reasonable ending time, as no one leaves unless I kick them out and shut down the Lounge. But there’ll be plenty of time–perhaps even midnight to midnight (NY time)? That could be interesting.

      Nope, it wasn’t. In fact, nothing happened. I wanted to myself a memo, but the I went off to study latin, and forgot. I’m afraid I’m to blame. But I guess the clamoring rabid KBers will be able survive one weekend without chatting. You know, maybe there’s a good reason that P. and K. never let me organize anything…
